In an effort to support local children in need, ThurstonTalk makes a $2,500 donation to the South Sound YMCA.
“The money donated supports exercise classes, childcare, and other character building structured activities for children of this community,” said Kyle Cronk, CEO.
ThurstonTalk has been a longtime supporter of the Thurston County community, since its inception 10 years ago, but founder and CEO Dan Jones has had a heart for the community for much longer.
“At the end of the day, service and community-building is one of the foundational pillars upon which ThurstonTalk was built.
“I’ve been an Olympian local for many years. Helping the community has been one of the major driving forces in my life, and so naturally, it’s important to my company, too.
“And these values are instilled within the ThurstonTalk organization top-down, meaning every single one of our team members steps-up when they see a community need.
“This is something I’m proud of, and I wouldn’t want it any other way,” said Jones.
